Please note that the completion of RCA Coach Workshop - Weekend #1 is a prerequisite for Weekend #2.
This workshop is part two to the RCA Coach Weekend #1 (Competition Introduction) workshop. Apart from re-visiting the outcomes for the RCA Coach and introducing new concepts, this workshop is also focused on the coaches' reflections on their practical coaching (using the assignment from Weekend #1 as a resource for this dialogue). Within each of the modules, there is an opportunity for the coaches to discuss and reflect on their coaching practice and integrate new knowledge from this workshop into their practical coaching.
